Athletes from the US and 8 different countries battle it out on the stage in the Professional Strongman League Men's & Women's World Championships at 12 and 3:30! There will be a Deadlift Record Breaker at 2:30!
Star City StrongFest is a free community festival and strength expo in downtown Roanoke's Elmwood Park, benefiting the Star City Strong Foundation 501c3 nonprofit. This unique event serves the community as a celebration of strength sports and community - while recognizing the impact both have on our mental wellness.
